They have the support of the community and the law -- they will transfer you to make a point. it's not that you are wrong -- you are right -- but this is not a fight you can win. If you want to fight it after the final game, that is a choice you can make. But to fight it before the game, when you will probably cost yourself a chance at a scholarship, is not a good play call. it's as dumb as punting on 2nd down -- at least play out the season and set yourself up for success.
